However, a misty is an off-axis front flip with a spin. Whereas a front full is simply a front flip with a 3 in it. In a front full, you stay on axis; you never leave the front flip motion. In a misty 7, you spin the same amount, and do a front flip, but the entire flip you are off axis.
not quite. a misty 7 is a front 3 where your feet come directly over your head. a rodeo 7 is a back 3 where your feet come directly over your head. a cork 7 is a backwards leaning spin where your feet never come over your head. d-spin is between cork and rodeo and your feet come over your head but not directly over. a bio is a forward leaning cork.
