Any one else work a northern camp job?

Just curious if anyone here has worked a camp job in northern alberta/BC before. I currently am and it kinda sucks. (to avoid confusion, no its not a summer camp or something like that, its for a construction company and you stay in a like small hotel thing when your not at work.)
