What is a decent video editing program that isn't so expensive?

I'm pretty sick and tired of using the shitty old program that came with my camera and I think it's time to get a new program. What should I get?

that did not work for me ^ but thanks. does anyone else know of anything I really don't mind going out and buying a program just one thats not too expensive like under 100$

thats hard, you can get final cut express for $150, or iMovie isnt horrible.vand its about 80$ with iPhoto and other shit.
