Replying to Buyer beware: Sonix electronics

I'm posting this thread to warn everyone about sonix electronic they sell car audio parts on eBay. I ordered four door speakers a few months ago. They never had the items they were selling, they were attempting to drop ship items as orders came in but their supplier was out of stock. They told me they couldn't give me a date when the speakers would come in. I canceled the order, everything was fine until today when I received an eBay email saying that I haven't paid for items and treating me with negative feedback and a "not paid" strike basically ruining my reputation. I called back and the 12 year old Asian kid on the other end said he wasn't able to handle my claim because his supervisor was out of the office. He assured me it wouldn't be a problem. I'll believe that when I see it.
