you have to learn how to use your feet to set a trick right/not spin while still on the bed so you don't jump close to the springs or out of the tramp.
when i have people over nad we jump every single time someone hits the springs. and once one of my bros basically tried to push right off his heels to do a backflip and almost went clear out of the tramp, and mine has a net too.
try wearing a pair of ankles weights or even your ski boots on the tramp. it gives you the feeling of having the weight of skis attached to your feet
as for trying these tricks on the snow, learning on a tramp does help and it will teach you that feeling of the rotation in the air, but it still will be different since you are hitting a kicker.
