Replying to I need help brainstorming.....

So I need to have some ideas on how to get customers into my store without even leaving my store. I little background: So I manage a store that sells at&t wireless, my company owns over 85 stores in CO, WY, UT and ID. Sales have been very slow for the ID market and my Regional Manager asked me to come up with some ideas on how to get customers into the store without the managers leaving the store. I know, sounds a bit crazy but hey, thats my objective. Does anyone have any ideas that are within reason and not off the wall? Any help would be awesome, thanks.
