What are your favorite freeskiing shops around SLC and Park City? Thanks for your help.
what is the purpose of the meetings? trying to get a product in the store? if so, what is it.

there are places like christy's sports or canyon ski or the lifthouse or even wasatch touring that have different niche's. who are you looking to reach? just jibbers or all skiers? tourists? locals? monoskiers?
have you tried to get in with the lifthouse? it's at the base of bcc and lcc, next to that 7-11. lots of people always in there.
or canyon sports? they have a bunch of stores in the valley.
there is utah ski and golf, right downtown, big tourist spot, right near a lot of hotels and stuff.
have you thought about approaching a place like the jibyard in ogden and seeing if there is room for the poles to be sold there? at the very least maybe some brand placement? might be worth a shot.
