I have been taking 1.5g of Melatonin about an hour before I go to sleep, and besides setting me up for a good nights' rest, it gives me weird dreams that I can remember.
One was chewing on the jawbone of a dog skeleton and breaking all of my teeth.
another one was that I was playing pingpong with my best friend and two strange girls. One of the girls made fun of me for being bad at pingpong, and I came up with an insult consisting of
"You know how on the Oregon trail they had those wagons? Well take one of the covers off of those wagons, cut it up and press it into the shape of a human body, thats what you are"
I know that there are a lot of people who are interested in lucid dreaming, and I think if you take a small doseage of melatonin before sleep, you will have better luck...that or you will remember useless and messed up dreams.
