Replying to This is SO frustrating

Okay so ive been shooting with my new video cam and it takes the video at 60 framed per second so i thought it would be pretty good for slo mo(considering the price). So after i am done shooting i import it into my editing program and every time i play it in the program it is soooooo choppy and half he time it glitches out and all you can hear is the audio. Can any of you guys help. maybe its a setting i have wrong or im not rendering right. either way please help
