petition for skiing game- to be sent to EA Games

hey i know everyone thinks this has been beaten to death but I think that if we got enough names then we could show them that newschool is a force to be reckoned with, and as big an influence as snowboarding is percieved to be. So anyway, I know a guy who is fairly senior management at EA UK, (dad's friend) and when I spoke to him about it he said it was on the cards, but they didnt have enough evidence of consumer interest- well here's your chance to have your say. I will send this to him when its done...
just put your name and if you want where you ski if you would buy an amped 2 type skiing game

You should send something out to all of the major skiing, movie and ski apparel companies to see if they would be willing to support and/or help sponsor something like this.

good game please, and also, i really need to see some reality, licsned stuff, go with off ur skis like the did in THUG, alot of activision stuff, i thnk this game should be done by activision, and EA sticks with the arcady SSX(good game) and great football/bball/baseball and such games, activison, keep it real like THUG, get off ur skis, do vid shoots, licsnes skis and tons of skiers, go urban, back country, and real parks(mammoth and park city)
i love to ski, so should you, its fun, try it sometime

i'd def buy the game...ps2 or xbox, go off amped and thug to agree with what so many others have already said...the format is versatile and different...allows for a lot of different options...encourage realism and strong career building...actual company backing and incorporation into the game...detail, detail, detail...real sites, actual mountains, mix of fictional riders and actual pros...twould be rad to finally get a decent game on the market, commit myself to nothing but a vid game all off season...stoked if this goes down, good luck and i hope it all goes well...

you can't just pick EA games to make you a ski game. there are tons of other developers out there that can potentially work it for you. but EA is in it for the money. hate to break it to you, but ns skiing just isn't a money maker in the video game world. but. if you guys have Half-Life, me and some buddies have been working on a ski mod for quite some time. if anyone has experience w/ any HL modding and might want to help out, drop me a message. (mod = CS,DoD,natural selection,etc. in case you didn't know)

just an idea. i have a lot of skiing friends that play snowboarding games such as amped, ssx and sean palmers pro snowboarding, with this being said why not put a petition up on a snowboarding forum and see how many snowboarders will sign. That will say alot more to a videogame company considering how many snowboarding games are out there
