Ya there great on big jumps

correct me if im wrong but wouldnt the K2 extremes go under that category?

havent heard so much about the afterbangs in terms of the actual skiing, but the features of them sound sick. skateboard deck kind of build up, super light and very durable. i heard that they smacked them against rails after soaking them for several hours in water and then massively cooling them so they would freeze. but on the other hand they are the first of their kind, so they are not as developed yet as skis that were on the market for a longer time and therefore were constantly re improved.
maybe here about what others say about them once their are open for sale.
but the fact that they arent so expensive makes them very attractive.

havent heard so much about the moment skis, so i dont want to talk about things im not 100 % sure about.

maybe consider the alpha 1s, they look really ill and really progressive. the have a slight rocker too, for sick presses. a short radius for carves.

the ar6 would be more traditional but slightly stiff. i have it. its cool, holds an edge really well. has dope graphics, but is a little too stiff for my taste. i also dont like the fact that they arent symmetrical. but apart from that they also arent too bad in pow (for a park ski)

maybe consider the völkl wall or the atomic punx. the punx have a really nice top sheet and throw massive rooster tails :D u see alot of pros riding these skis

anthem is fairly soft and wide, a good allmountain ski IMO.

ar6 (strong ski, traditional stiffness)
armada alpha 1s (good all round ski)
atomic punx (my friend has these, their sick on jumps and rails)
line anthem
line chronic (good all mountain ski)
k2 disorderly ( i ride these, their mid flex and super fun to ride, the topsheet chips though but no big D)

all of these are great skis, never read any reviews/tried moment though

i'd say either chronics or K2 Extreme!!!

well, the anthems have snowboarders on them. i havent seen any pics of the chronics yet, but i suppose that they will still go for the crow motive.

k2 extremes are solid but i was see noobs skiing aro0und with them on

The chronics have birds like they did on the 08/09 model, the anthems have the snowboarders on the topsheet and the base says totally! in the middle. Pretty goofy, searchbar 2010 line for pics

fairly stiff, but the rocker though it may only be slight, maes up for it, to an extent :D

ive skied the jib and the rocker.

they rocker is quite a bit softer but i still felt stable on jumps with them, the jib is stiff but i can still butter them and press rails and shit

they are both great skis, the rocker is better for all mountain and is more fun i would say if you do more rails and jibs and shit.

they are both SUPER light and really durable too.

super light is an understatement.

First of all thx for all those good replies ! My 08/09  skis were 08 fujatives.. and they were way to soft..especially at the end of the season... They are nice for presses aand jibs but dont give any kind of extra pop or stability on 50 or 60++ ft jumpps... so wouldnt the chronics and the extreme feel the same ?? Im 6'1 and 170 lbs.. I also already tried the atomic punx and find it to stiff.. Thanks again!
