playin with this guy
and he asked what my job was
and i said lifguard
so he asks
If i was drowning, would you perform open mouth CPR on me?
among other creeepy things such as calling me lil brother, and hes my big brother...wtf

and hes a 47 year old trucker from washington

i just cancelled my subscription

haha wow. ive had a gay collage kid try to cyber with me before.... it was fuckin weird. but i did meet a lot of cool people on there throughout my WoW life. but i quit, its so obnoxiously life consuming and not worth the money when i could be out skiing and having REAL fun

Everyone I have met that plays WoW is defiantly a 45 year old trucker...Get learned not everyone that plays WoW is a complete loser who has no life.

By the way I am almost 80...13 bars...just thought I'd throw that in there.

I fuckin hate everybody who says something like that. Whenever I see threads about WoW people are always like go outside and get a life. Who the fuck do you think plays WoW? Yes some people are losers but I used to play WoW and my life did not change one bit. I did not get addicted and played at home when I was bored considering I live 15 minutes from town. I didn't get very far in the game but god I hate when people say that. It's so god damn ignorant.

I used to play this game, but 5 of my other friends from school played it too. And one was a skateboarder friend and two of the others i played basketball for the school with. So no, not all are losers. But it definetly consumed our lives...i was the last to quit. I stayed inside almost all day, but not because i didnt want to do other shit, because i didnt have other shit to do. I would stay up till 7 in the morning playing that fucking game, safe to say i was addicted. And this year i quite and it was the best year of my social life so far. But it is a very fun/addicting game.

its called LARP Live Action Role Playing. its pretty intense.. like thousands of people get together to battle haha. it would probably be fun to battle but i wouldnt get to involved

haha yeah why not? dude when i was in junior high my friends and i played runescape for about six months straight until we got bored of it, and there were weirdos all over that game asking for random internet sexual favours and stuff.

I was a level 45-ish when rs1 transferred to rs2, then I slowly made it up to 95 and quit during my freshman year.  Shit is so weird in that game now.  I am pretty sure I played through the golden ages of that game.

i have played eve for the 6 years its been around. i can tell you not all mmo gamers are wierdo creepers. Some are wierd true and but some are cool and if you friend em on facebook they are pretty normal guys u might grab a beer with or somethin. haven't talked to any skiers though

now thats not to say mmo gamers aren't nerdy as shit. I dont play that often anymore on eve, mainly because i have everything practically handed to me in that game. I still could talk for hours about it, tryin to explain it to someone who doesn't know the game. So maybe on my gaming side I am an uber dork but I usually choose RL fun over that fun. maybe in a few situations I would bail on a party or hangin out to join a fleet battle, but thats only because eve fleet battles are so intense, especially when your in a good alliance.

When I was playing heavily, i was playing maybe 7 hours a day. That is nothing for an mmo. some people have way too much time on their hands.

haha i was mountain biking in a state park with some friends and we come off a singletrack on to the main hiking trails and as we're riding along the doubletrack we hear yelling and we see a bunch of nerds in capes with swords fighting. when they saw us they held their swords up and yelled "HALT" we kept riding right towards them and one guy held his sword out to try and hit me and i stole it from him while riding and he started trying to chase us
it was an amazing experience
