Today is his first day of Basic Cadet Training at the Air Force Academy, and I was on the welcoming party (I'm a junior and he is now a basic). He did well, but his life is going to suck for the next six weeks and he could use some vibes.
On a related note, do we have any other people heading off to some sort of basic soon?
