Replying to Anyone with knowledge of shrooms...

today while mowing the lawn i noticed a mushroom growing in the grass. it was maybe 8 inches tall and was orangeish/tanish on top. the top was smooth and the stem was about as big around as a quarter. i accidentally clipped it with the lawn mower deck and part proke off. the mushroom almost instantly turned a dark blue where it was broken. these traits lead me to believe that it might be psilocybe azurescens, but im not expert and dont want to end up ingesting some deadly look-alike. i saved the mushroom but i only have about half of it left and its been about 3 hours so the blue has turned a little more greyish/blackish. i have pics but they are from my cell phone and arent that great. any feedback would be awesome.
