VR28 / Black irrid / Pink Irrid

Can someone please compare these lens's for me, like the pros and cons of each one, and what they are better for?

HI Yellow - 81%
HI Persimmon - 63%

Pink Iridium - 57%
VR50 - 50%
G30 - 30%
Blue Iridium - 30%
VR28 - 28%
Gold Iridium - 20%
Black Iridium - 18%
Fire Iridium - 16%

maybe look into blue irid too?
that would be my choice.  definitely picking one up for next season.

black irid is good for sunny days. its useable for overcast days, but DEF not the best option.

pink irid is good for pretty much any condition. a darker lens would be better for bluebird days, but for partially cloudy and overcast days pink irid is perfect.

i dont have any experience with vr28

out of the three, get pink iridum if you only gonna have one lens

Im mostley goign to be at the locals. Which are super unpredictable and have a bit of everything.
Ive used the pink irrid in sun and clouds and loved it,  Since when its sunny i usually take my gogs off. And my old gogs were to dark to see when it was snowing. They had a DARK pink lense.

Do you think its a longshot to trade a black irridium lense for a pink irridium?

no think its a pretty strait trade to do black or pink.  just have to find someone who wants to do it.

Black Irid/V28 will give you good performance on sunny days not so good performance on cloudy days, Pink Irid will be giving you good all around performance, but you will prob be squinting a bit on bright days

black has the iridium - helps reduce glare (and gives a mirror finish)
vr28 is slightly more of an allround lens, doesnt have an iridium. still a rather dark lens but not as dark as the black iridium. i hear pink iridium is causing some problems for some people because of internal reflections

as for all round lenses, pink iridium, VR50 emerald iridium, blue iridium and g30 irdium are the your best options

however, if you have the big bucks,  the H.I. amber polarised lens will pretty much own everything.

honestly i always recommend 2 lenses if at all possible.

for oakley my ideal 2 lenses are black iridium/fire and hi yellow

I really like the emerald iridium lens,for sunny days with some cloud cover. Pink is good when its overcast but can really burn your eyes once the sun comes out.

I use Blue Iridium - brightest days, but still good if the odd cloud closes in. This is more verastile than black/fire iridium

Emerald Iridium vr28- good all round lens most reached for goggle.

Pink- Cloudy days that may clear later in the day.

Hi-Yellow- when vis is piss poor but theres 30cm of fresh, so its on. hi-Yellow is definately not a verasitle lens though as its SO bright. I dont know how some people wear it on sunny days, it makes me strain my eyes.

agreed partially.

hi yellow is my go to lens on cloudy days and nights. if theres not really a chance the sun will break i'll wear my hi yellow everytime.
