I just completed my design for the T-shirt contest.

I connect myself and i go to upload section and, surprise, the maximum numbers of entries has been reached but the contest end the 28th. Why can't we add more entries? this is very sad. I put a lot of work on my design...

yes and with the copyright stuff, bigjim said that they are gonna need copyrights and in the end, the profit is not gonna be worth it cuz more money is gonna go into the copyright than the actual outcome.

the whole issue is, what do half of those images that need copyrights have anything to do with newschoolers as an online SKIING community?

I clearly said you do not need copyrights for images you do not plan to profit from. You do need them when you play on making money off the image which is what would happen if NS printed these shirts.

Honestly the money your going to have to put out to buy the rights for that design just to have it on a shirt that you wont be making any money from probably isnt worth it, buying rights aren't cheap and it doesn't get done over night, this is why we say no copyright infringements to avoid these type of situations. We want to have to winning shirt on friday and the up in the store the following week. Technically both of your along with tons of other entries broke the rules and we wont be able to use them.

You do not need copyrights to if you aren't planning on using the image for profit.

So you are saying that if I print out a picture off the internet to hang on my wall I need to get the copyrights from it even though I am gaining nothing monetary value from the picture?
