with the Firefox DL helper go the zapkis page where that is embedded, download the flv. Then with some type of converter program (alive converter is free i think) make it an mp3 or whatnot

the song is called dope man by lil wayne. its from a mixtape so it's kinda hard to find.
you may have to youtube to video it. i have the paper planes vs dope man song which is pretty good.
