Did my Friend Break the Man Law

So me and 3 other bros were going to chill with our friend and head out to a party to slay some trim. This friend of ours, whom of which, we never get to see went and ditched us at the last minute to go and hang out with some broad? My question is did he break the man law which states if there is more than 3 bros present can you ditch for some broad 3 times?

eh, yes and no. a few vital questions here:

1. are they dating/somewhat together
2. did he get ass (or at least expect to)

if the answer to 1 is yes, then yeah he broke the man law
if the answer to 2 is no, then he broke the man law
