how are you going to call me out on making "dick comments" and make 2-3 three stupid threads a day?
i know you're new here, but hasn't anyone told you to searchbar by now?
I would say blade, but i just got into mountain biking, and its the shit. The movements arent the same in biking, but you can do jumps and i think of ladders and logs as rails. Plus it gets you in really good shape, cuz its hella exhausting!
Really though, if you have a few grand sitting around, I highly recommend picking up a DH bike and gear. It's what I do all summer long, and it is fucking fun. There's nowhere to stop either, progression is endless and you can build or find gnarlier and gnarlier trails. Me and my friends are going to pick up a bunch of wood and make a whole new freeride/DH trail, it's going to have some sweet ladder drops and shit, crazy rock gardens (if the terrain provides), and it will be so fast and nice and flowy. Just be careful where you build, make sure it's not in Forest land or shit like that, major fines can result from that. It's so fun though, I highly recommend DH if you want a good workout and a crazy addrenaline rush. XC will bring a better workout though. Sorry to type all that, I know I went so far off topic, but it's summer and I really wanted to type something instead of looking at the same thread for the fifth time.
longboarding is the shit. really you gotta try it, i can assure you that if you try it once you will LOVE it. everyone that trys out my boards loves it, especially when they try out my rayne timline on revenge trucks, the BEST board EVER i dont care what anyone says. sure its a short board but the revenge trucks are super stable and carve like crazy and do really well on moderate sized hills as long as you keep carving, but all in all they get very little speed wobble.i would for sure suggest going with a short board and revenge trucks (they arent the best on longer boards) as they are great to learn on and great even when you get good.
