I seachbar'd, and found nothing, so, what does "feeler" mean?

It means when someone is feeling the market because they may not want to sell it and are looking to see what they can get out of said item. Usually when they post a feeler, it takes a higher than most offer to win them over.

^ this is a straight answer. its like if someone is unsure if they're wanting to sell something so they'd only be willing to sell it for a high price. such getting a feel for the price and demand for that item.
