Personally I think thats a really good sign. Think about skate boarding, there are kids a dime a dozen that simply slay, which is what takes the heat off of doing the sport. I feel like so many get caught up in the sponsorship ordeal in skiing they forget to just go out and rape bitches (bitches being mediums of skiing). Then again skiing does cost a lot more, making sponsorships a more necessary evil, and I am fairly inebriated.....

Ive seen him in some comps in Michigan where he and I both live. I saw him get second in a rail jam and in a big air comp.  He's pretty sick, and he's still pretty young.

Meh... he was a douche at the MWO.

I tried talking to him on the drop in of the big air jump and he just had an arrogant attitude and skied away. He also was snaking people in the rail jam to get more hits in than everybody else.

Ha, more like they met years ago b/c Hornbeck grew up slaying at Bittersweet and so did Spence.  And yes, Spence kills it for sure.  I skied w/ him almost every day this season and hes progressing super fast and learning new shit everyday.  Also hes a real chill kid for all u guys syaing hes a douche.

Seriously, you have to be good at jumps or pipe. These kids are good at neither. Rails tricks don't get you anywhere anymore cause a million kids can do them.

East Coast has a lot of solid parks with baller jumps. LOON for instance has better jumps than a lot of places out west. Also even if your mountain has like 2 months of good jumps a year thats enough to get really really really fucking good. Some of my best jumping days have been in pooring rain in the east. The only place you could use that excuse is if your mountain is an indoor snow hill in Denmark.
