Wireless controllers suck. The batteries always run out in the worst possible time. (COD4)  And you can't just plug them into the PC without buying a 40 dollar dongle thing.

Most of the time you are 6 inches from the screen anyway, why not have it wired in.

Thats just one more thing to buy. If you are using the charger kit, why not just be wired and not have the battery pack in the way.

Wired controllers ftw. The whole wireless thing is a marketing ploy to get us to buy more stuff from Microsoft.
