ipod charging

can you charge the ipod by plugging it into an outlet, or is it only through the computer? cuz i cant really find anything to say either way

Picture a pasture open to all. It is expected that each herdsman willl try to keep as many cattle on the pasture. when a herder adds a cow to the pasture, he reaps the benefits of a larger herd. Meanwhile the cost of the animal - damage done to the pasture - is divided among all the herdsmen....... the herdsmen are getting nervous. putting more cattle on the pasture isnt helping anyone. Wall adaptor comes with all models. You might be able to charge it through the computer cable, but only if you have a powered firewire card (if you're using USB, it won't work).

^ correct.

firewire and ac (done by using firewire-to-ac adapter) are the ways to charge it. In my experience, from the wall is a faster charge.
