I have a crush on this girl. She knows who I am, but i've never really talked to her much. She is in a different group of friends as me and I never really see her anywhere. How would I go about starting a relationship or hinting that I like her? I don't even know if she likes me too yet. HALP

talk online and stuff, its easier. then make your way into her group and try and single her out when you talk and shit. then im assuming you have her numberr so call her with friends and just do late night talking and shitt, nothing serious. then you'll know if shes into you or not if she starts starting convos and the topics she brings upp

that's probably easiest, and good advice. If you can initiate conversations online, you can warm her up to talking to you and hopefully get to know each other a little better to the point where you'd be comfortable approaching her in person and talking to her. And assuming that works out, just take it from there man. Good luck.
