Ar6 or Pipecleaner??

So im going to coc in 11 days and was pretty set on getting reno jibs. but they just fell outta stock on this cheap ass website.
so ive narrowed it down to ar6 and pipecleaner since both of my friends have armada skis
and claim they are baller.
so can you help me decide between the two?
im 6'2  170lbs.
i live in the midwest so about 98.7463758392% park
need a ski thats holds/super for rails and good for jumps.

Id go with the pipecleaner if they are less than $400 and you dont mind waxing your skis once in a while. Otherwise Id go Ar6. Both are such sick skis it doesn't matter too much which you go for.

 pipecleaners are usually cheaper, but if you can find a cheap pair of AR6s... they are both such good skis i don't think it matters to much, you'll be happy with either ski

Both are awesome and super durable, but for larger guys like you and I the Pipecleaner's extra stiffness in the tails is a blessing on jumps.

Plus they are fast, which is always fun!

the differences are as follows: 

Base:  AR6 - S7 (takes on hell of a beating)
           PC- Comp Series (faster more delicate)

Sidecut: AR6- 117-85-107
              PC - 116-84-106

Core: AR6- AR 1
          PC- AR 2 ( lighter)


  I'd suggest the AR6 i've rode them ever since they came out and are just so durable, i've skied over rocks and barely a scratch in the base.

They are both great skis, but I think the Ar6 will just be more versatile in the park. If you love stiff park skis or were mostly a jump guy i would say def pipecleaners but I feel like the ar6 will treat you better all around the park especially on the rails.

Meh...PCs are lighter than my AR6s and despite what most people think, they aren't very stiff at all.  Stable in the tails, regular flex in the tips.  The race base holds up well, a little more thin than the AR6 bases though.  It's really a coin toss with these skis, both are an awesome choice.

Basically it comes down to this:  AR6 is an awesome all around park ski, and the PC goes one step farther with performance.

i just got my pipe cleaners. it only shows -2.5 and -5cm on the ski. it doesnt show center. can i still get center mount, will it be ok?

yeah they are the same way on the ar6s i have them
take a sharpie and draw the center line on the skis yourself cuz shops are known to fuck the simplest things up so be specific that you want them on YOUR line.
im your exact hight and weight so let me know how they ride. i was gunna pick these up next season because i found my ar6s to be a little on the soft side for me on bigger airs on jumps and pipe.
i assume you got the 181s?
