is ther a way i can use my wireless internet from my computer, and plug my xbox inthru ethernet to my comp and get on live?

yeah, they sell wireless routers for your X-box that allow you to do that. They are pretty pricey though and usually require a pretty clear path aka brick walls and multiple floors in a house are no good.

ethernet cable from back of xbox to the back of the wireless thing. just cuz its wireless doesnt mean we cant wire it lol. thts how i did mine

i had my xbox plugged into my computer that was connected to the wireless network at school, dont remember having any special settings, just plugging it in
