Favorite Segment of the 2008 movies

now that the seasons over and all we have left is too watch ski movies, edit video, or prepare for summer camp. so why not post up your favorite segment from this years movies, why it was your favorite, and the song that was used for it. and if you want mad karma from your fellow Newschoolers put up a link to that song.

my favorite segment is probably the Monashee cat skiing trip from Claim. i like it cause tj, abma, and cr rip it hard in the backcountry, the snow was amazing, the song was perfect and it had some pretty sick shots. but i dont know the song.....

My favorite segment was either the Quebec segment in Turbo, the Windells jump segment in Turbo, the Alaska segment in Turbo or Andy Parry and Will Wesson's segment in Head to the Hills. Henriks part in Slamina was really good too.

imo nothing even comes close to the whistler seggy in reasons. first part encompasses skiing so perfect, weather might not be perfect, but the snow is good and it really shows how fun tree skiing is. and the second half is just banger cliffs and lines with blue skys for miles and open pow fields.

the first half is what us in the northwest ride every pow day, and the second half is what us in the northwest would love to be riding every pow day.
