Replying to Dear Dr NS,

I have a bump on the side of my knee. When I showed it to my parents, they just thought it was a bruise. I told them it wasnt because it doesnt hurt when I push it down and its very hard under it, almost like there is a bone under. Before you tell me to go to the doctor, I have an appointment on Wednesday but I'm just seeing if anyone has had anything similar. I also havent fallen on it recently. I dont have pics but it just looks like a small swollen bruise but more red them blue.
