Fishing near hood?

so we are goin up to mt hood for 8 days and while we arent skiing i plan on fishing.

is there any good spots (say within 20 miles) that anyone knows about that i should too?

and im just lookin for general spots that will produce fish, not your ubersecret fishing lair ok.

You will probably get a better response if you post this in the Oregon regional forum.  That said, "fishing" encompasses a lot of things - What are you wanting to do?  Powerbait for stocked trout?  Spey rods for summer steelhead?

the fish in the surrounding area don't come out of hibernation until july 1st. so you should leave for hood around that time
