wondering what the weight is like on the ar6's im thinking of getting them for this season but im looking for a pretty lightweight ski and i only ski park.

i have ar6's with fks 120's on them and they feel kinda heavy, idk, they're not super light but not super heavy, kinda in between

well 07/08 ar6s are heavier then 08/09 due to a different core

haha yer i was but it turns out that the NZ shops dont have them in stock and they are pretty expensive to order in so i think im gonna have to go with something else.

Ar6s will be just as expensive.
T-halls? 08s are about $700 NZ

pretty light. suuuuch a fun ski though. i love mine.

and, they're durable. i've been jibbing and shredding on mine for 3 years, and i've had zero edge cracks, zero delamination, and a little (only a little) topsheet peeling.

also, the camber's still there

AR6's aren't really all that heavy. Add on some look/dynastar bindings and they're probably in the mid range. They're a really fun ski. I personally don't think ski weight is all that important.

09 pipecleaner weight ^^^^^^^^^

stoked on getting either the ar6 or pipecleaner in a 181. I am only 150lbs at 5'11' but figure I should be fine on either and the 176 is too short.
