Nah, build a 4 foot tall single barrel and start with a few 180 ons. When you get that down, you need to try and zero on. That would be sick. Sorry, couldn't resist. One real solution without having to build a whole summer setup, is to pick up a cheap skate rail and practice jumping on just wearing shoes. I posted this on the balance help thread too, and I already grabbed shit for looking goofy. I'm not proud; here's my footage.
First of all when u do a rail you must be concentrated in what u're gonna trick on the rail. If u have fear you will fall back and destroy u're bottom.
I always imagine me on the rail doing the trick I want to do then I think if it's possible or not for me.
