tomorrow at 10:01 facebook is letting you have a username for your page, i was thinking everyone on NS should put their ns username as their fb username so recognizing or finding fellow ns members would be very hassle-free
my ns name is everything except my aim account, that one's from like 7 years ago and i don't wanna have to change it and convince people who i am again
Honestly I think Facebook usernames is going to be a pretty retarded idea. It's just a way to appeal to the younger crowd so if they thing "Sarah Smith" is a dumb name, she can be xXxih4v3th3b1gg3stb00bsin6thgradexXx.
i dont agree with the idea but its being done for benefits i guess. half the reason i made a fbook account and never a myspace was because facebook was classy and legit. myspace was full of lurkers and freaks who competed to have the most friends, or have people or celebrities they dont know as their top friends.
im not sure whether my username would be accepted on a site like facebook which has a very large range of diversities and cultures and shit... might offend a few
well i'm sure it offends a few here too, but yes, i suggest against using that on facebook.
i'll probably make my username special k or something, it's just a nickname i've had since 7th grade
IF that's directed towards me, I'm not saying anything about it selling out.. I was saying there is nothing wrong with the way it was, so why change it? It's an if it's not broke then don't try to fix it type scenario.
But whoever brought up there being numerous people with the same names, that is a good point. Is that actually why they changed it?
