Standing on them all day will tone your calves. Yes or no?
Someone told me this and wondering if there's any validity to this? I can't run because my knee is all sorts of messed up and summer is around and tone calves would be nice.
Also I hear it does wonders for your balance? Just curious really. I'd never heard of it til recently and a friend said he boosted his vertical jump by like 5 inches in a few months.
