The world is doomed

global warming, overpopulation, famine, draught,  volcano,  tsunami, ocean asitification, nuclear holocaust, terrorism, rising sea level, super hurricane. You name it, its happening. But think about it, can you really imagine that we are the only life in the universe? If we end life on earth, in a few billion years the process should start over again. So when you think about how the shits going to hit the fan sometime relatively soon just be happy becuase even when humans are dead and gone everythings still here. (And it might make you happy to think about an alien skiing on some far off planet too)

im pretty sure theres life off of earth (non human). some astronaut said there is and hees pushing obama to release info about it. the "alians" are also much more advanced than us too. i saw this on cnn headline news and on yahoo!

i actually just did a school project on apocalypse theories and the one that kinda stood out to me is de-evolution. some scientists said that theres about a 1 billion year window in which life can survive on earth and we're already halfway through it. so i guess from now on the world is going to be de-evolving back to simple bacteria and shit like it was when life first appeared. then the sun will explode or something.

I don't think you're being fair. The earth's gone through asteroids, ice ages, tectonic movement, volcanoes, tsunamis, floods, hurricanes, and even mantle leaks since it began. The Earth ain't gonna end anytime soon. Maybe the majority of Human populations, but not the Earth. A few of the best will survive, which is all we need. There's nothing we can do that will destroy the earth short of detonating all of our nukes. NOTHING that it won't recover from.

well the sun wont have enough "fuel" in like 5/6 billion years, so the earth is a quite improbable place for intelligent life after that

but honestly, our galaxy contains about 300 billion stars (just like our sun), of course its a bigger one, but there are approximately 50 billion galaxies in the range that we can observe.

so 3*10^12*5*10^10 equals 150,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars (15 thousand billion billion)

there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that we are the only intelligent form of life in the universe. and everyone that knows a thing or two about einsteins theory of relativity should know why we werent visited by other inhabitants of our universe already.

an example of how selfish most human beings are that they dont want to believe or even consider the fact that there is life on another planet. the universe goes on forever and ever our galazy alone is like a spec of sand in the whole universe its hard to believe that there is notat least one other being out there.

well the biggest mountain in our SOLAR SYSTEM is on mars (olympus mons), i am too lazy to look it up, its something like 3 times higher than everest,

jupiter is a gas planet so i dont think there are mountains (not sure though).

and its not realistic that a small 26 km high hill in our small solar system is the biggest thing in the universe. i bet there are somewhere mountains with at least 200 km vertical, no "people" to track the snow (if theres water, it could freeze in that height, who knows), SPACE SHIP SKIING FTW, in like 100 years (and if we beat einsteins theories) we could look for lines out of a space ship instead of a heli and rock intergalactic lines on our iSkis

Ice =/= snow. Theres no water on the surface of mars, nor is there a water cycle equivalent to the one on earth. Snow does not fall on mars.

Also, there are no mountains on Jupiter because it is composed mostly of gas. There is a rather large mountain on mars though i believe.
