and its now 1:36pm and I have nothing I can do in the time span between that wont run too late to check in.  Damn international flights.

Sooo bored.  But... skiing real soon!  Horah.

uhmm i'm origionally from canada... living in new zealand and currently in sydney australia. ha

I know how you feel :[ i just flew to Dubai for summer skiing and being stuck at the airport was a big poo poo !

should be fine, air new zealand has one crash reccord and it was in antartica years and years ago.  Its also only a 3 hour flight.. haha

Air NZ kicks ass.

But the flight from Aus back here sucks. Its only 3 hours which is right between a good long flight and a quick 1 hour flight. I hate it ae.

Yeah mine was 13 1/2 hours or something!

cant complain tho, i bet when you went from Canada to NZ it was way way worse ! hah.

by far my favourite airline.

ah, its okay, i'll watch one movie... eat some food and then land.

it sucks though because the cheap flights are at really stupid times... like leaves sydney ay 6:20pm and gets to christchurch at 11:20pm which is inconvienent.

it was a direct flight though so it was fine!

i was also knackered from hardly sleeping and then wandering around the night/day before and it was an overnight flight.  woo.

flying back to canada when i do go though is going to suck, i have a 4 or 5 hour stop over in LAX.

emirates is a great airline too! i flew business and it folds into beds, with a huge touch screen tv with hundreds of movies and video games, massage on the chair, free flow of champagne and 3 course meals!

that is sick.

i doubt i'll ever be able to afford to fly business class.
i've thought about upgrading my flight home to business or premium economy but i probably can't afford it.

can't really argue with a 200$ round trip from Christchurch to Sydney, or $1000 round from Vancouver to Christchurch though.
