This comes with the camera, all the cords, all the books/papers, a remote control, a firewire, a 256 MB SD card(i know its small) a video head cleaner, and a bag to carry all of it in. This camera works really well in cold/freezing conditions, so it is ideal for filming ski videos. This camera also has a snow setting which makes footage of snow turn out very well. There's some general scratching around the tripod mount but that is very common. There is also one very small ding in the metal around the lense. This does not do anything to effect the image quality or film. It has never had any problems. This camera has been used occasionally over about 2 years to film pretty much stuff from birthday parties to rail jams. I bought this camera around 1 and half to 2 years ago for about $600.
