EC shades not showing up..

I bought a pair of Ec headwear shades during the $10 sale, ( I dont know if its still on) and that was more than a week ago and it says it will come in  2 business days. How can I find where they are or talk to someone?

they will ship in two business days, meaning they wont leave new york for two days after you order, the rest is the transit time from NY to your crib

I have the same problem, i ordered two pair, last monday.

On the shipping email its says he hasnt even shipped them, and its the next tuesday already. WTF
comon i want my shades

what the fuck man. NY to west coast canada can take two weeks just transit time for reg. shipping. Plus orders crossing the boarder are sometimes held an extra day or two.

He DOES keep his customers happy. Matty has been nothing but legit with me. Even went out of his way to check for an extra older tee I was hoping he'd have lying around. You have no idea, think before you type please.

I've ordered three things from EC. I've received them all within 4 days.  He does keep his customers happy, he's way legit.

I ordered some shades a month ago, took a while because they were out of stock. They are fabricated in china so it doesn't take a genius to figure that it takes some time to restock.

go easy on the guy, hes one fucking kid, he does the best he can but he doesnt have a huge team working for him, you knew that when you ordered from a small company, the product is legit and he does his best, just wait for him.

Hey everyone. You need to understand that items are shipped 5 minutes after you order. It can take a few days to have the order shipped. Also because of the immense amount of orders due to the sale it is taking a little longer to get everything together and out. Also items are selling out, and people are being emailed about them. If no email is received back within a few days you will just be refunded. Please be patient, your items will get there. Thanks!

Sorry, also keep in mind when items need to cross the border it could be a complete mystery when they arrive. Items could get through Customs in one day, or a couple which I have no control over. Sorry for the delays, but everything will get out.

i ordered a shirt from NY( where i live) on may 29, and nothing. i pmed him and he said wait another day and if it dosn't come, he'll send out a new one. be patient people. matt's legit

Ya word last summer i ordered a shirt and a hat and it got lost in the mail or something. So i asked him about it and he said he didnt know what happened. That same week i got 2 shirts, 3 hats and some stickers. Legit.
