Photoshop help. ++++++K

Hey guys, I hate to do this but i need a little bit of help. My cousin is autistic and loves spongebob. All this kid does is act out the scenes line for line, its mind blowing to watch. But anyways, i was trying to put his face into a picture of spongebob, but i suck at it. I cant make it look even remotely close to appealing. Any of you guys that are good with photoshop, would you mind helping me out?
i cant figure out how to get the pics to load so heres the link. hope that works. hes the one on the right and the spongebob pic was just a random one. you can use that if you want or any other one.

dude thats absolutely awesome haha thanks a bunch. want to see if you can somehow get him into spongebobs face? he actually called himself spongebrian squarepants the other day. i thought it was so funny
