if you get a scooter get a yamaha c3,  its fuel injected so it starts every time and gets a million miles per gallon,,, the ruckus is not fuel injected.  also the c3 has a huge lockable storage

yeah i have a bus service and whatnot. plus i have great friends who are more fortunate than i am and will be getting cars.

Solid choice, i ride a moped fucking everywhere that is within like 5 miles, which is school and work. I save mad cheddar in the summer/fall because of it. Now when winter comes, i have a car so i've avoided that problem but you might need to figure that out.
