Speed help with turf on grass

hey, so i have a hill in my yard, so i dont need a drop in. i laid my turf on the hill, put soap and water on it, and just didn't get any speed. do i need to get plywood for underneath? or is there a solution

your going to need to build just the drop in part witch will just lay on the hill and then build a flat part and a jump and u will b golden but make sure u use fence for the drop in then carpet for the flat and jump

yeah we have enough turf, and the hill is big enough to get speed, and we have a jump built already, we just like sink into the grass, because we laid the turf on the grass

think u just answered ur own question. i as well have a hill and u gotta put plywood under the turf. makes all the difference in the world.
