Noise Reduction Programs

I seem to have some noise on my pictures from high ISO usage. What programs do you guys use to fix this?

i know Lightroom and Aperture can do it. Pretty sure Photoshop can do it as well.

I've heard noise ninja works well. Generally, i don't like photoshop's because it kind of just blobs up the noise and gets rid of detail.
