It really depends what sort of skiing you want to do. NZ has a much bigger freestyle scene but SA would probably get better pow days ect.

I'd say chile would have better terrain thats easily accessed, and a lot less people to compete with for fresh tracks etc. would probably be a much cooler experience as well, rather than going down the beaten track and coming here. not to say NZ isn't good, there's some awesome skiing to be had here and plenty of other things to do and see, but its just what i'd do in your situation
will be staying in wanaka june june 23rd till july 13, we should shred cardies bro, gonna be siiick.there will be a few NSers up there by the sounds of things. shredding begun last weekend and it is DOPE for sure.
NZ is sick as, we have a cool park scene and the club fields are insane! definately worth a look..
however south america would be a completely different culture and i think it has more/better snow than us so maybe for powder head there?
