I dont know how she did that one, but I was in my local fabric store asking about this the other day, and there is stuff you can buy that more less glues the two fabrics together, and then you sew along the edges to make it look nice, apparently it stays down really well.

I use a kind a "spray glue" that i put on my fabric, and then after i sew it...it doesn't move, so it's easy

This is my first sweatshirt. The picture is bad but its the best one I could find. I didn't want anything too huge. The neck is a bit big and I kind of want a pocket. Any ideas for cool pockets?

haha no but thanks man.  ive always liked schillers coat and some kid was wearing the same oakley red and white hoodie, so i decided to make one.  i got waay to much green fabric so ill be making another with some green in it.  ill post in a week or so

Just finished this, took about 8+ hours to finish. It is just a regular white hoody, then i picked this random red bandana print fabric at my fabric store, and sewed it on to the hoody.

Heres my new vest i made, i still have to sew the bottom to the top, the pocket top to the pocket bottom, and i have to sew on my level 1 logo. This is not for sale but the level 1 is just for fun. took me like 3 hrs

it's actually a lot bigger than it looks... probably as tall as a standard tall T. I love  it, perfect for skiing and wearing out with normal streetwear

I fail so bad.  i don't know how to post pictures.  i know this is make your own hoodie cult but i've read the thread on how to post pictures so many times and i have no clue of what to do.  Can someone help me out with my noob problem?  Anyway I made this hoodie out of the fabric from 3 older hoodies (2 blue, 1 grey)  I wasn't really sure what I was doing i didnt' use any tutorials or templates so it came out kinda scrappy but I'm happy with the result, which you will be able to see if i could ever get the picture up (i guess you could just click it but who wants that)  Anyway more to come.  finished my first hoodie and my summer drop in today (and made a cake :)  it was a good day if only i could figure out how to post a picture....

You need to post your image tags like this:

and copy the url from the address bar, not copy a hyperlink.

Thanks man but apparentlly I'm hopeless.  I made the image tags like that and when i paste the address into the reply box it shows up as a hyperlink but if i hit backspace at the end of the link it changes to normal text.  but when i do that the image doesn't show up either just the error message.  is there another way to change it from a link to text that will work?  Whatever, I just bought some more fabric today so I'll have another hoodie to post soon.  hopefully I will be able to post pictures by the time I'm done so you guys don't have to bail me out.  Sorry for all the failed posts.

Another tip: There is a preview post button, use it and try again if it fails. Then your failure won't be obvious to everybody else. M'kay?
