my drivers test was the easiest test i ever took.
just chill out, both hand on the wheel, drive the speed limit, use your blinkers (3 blinkers on a 3 point turn, left, right, left). make full smooth stops. just drive man, its super easy. also go out parrellel parking before hand, a lot

my driving school didn't have to parallel park, just back in. the driving part is easy as fuck. the test, just study a little and don't be that retard that fails it

my test was 2 days ago its normal to be nervous just dont over react

 make sure to change lanes exagerate and look through the back window after signal and checking the mirrors

look for pedestrians when turning on a light or if u see a pedestrian sign

 no changing lanes within 100 feet of an intersection! even if they ask u to do it its a trick

 parallel parking is a bitch. haha good luck! update us on how that went, its fairly easy if you're focused on the driving i passed it 1st try.

who the fuck uses hand signals?

don't talk unless you need to clarify or the person is talking to you, use your signals, and just relax. i mean, unless its really that different in other states, all you gotta do it just drive. mine took all of 5 minutes.

good luck to you man, just make sure to keep chill the whole time, and accelerate smoothly and break smoothly, and make it really obvious when you check your mirrors, dont speed, and it never hurts to be too safe, like if it looks too tight to a merge just dont it, and if you arent sure to use your signal or something just use it anyways, it can never really hurt. 

idk.. thats what everybody has told me anyways...

ya just dont worry about it. make sure you go the speed limit too. i was going 32 in a 30 on mine and the guy told me i was going too fast

during mine I almost hit a kid it wasn't my fault the light just turned green and a kid on a bike came fly from the side of a building I had to slam the brake and through my diving test froward.

I failed my first one. Because i was very nervous and i was taking it in a big town. I took my second one in some little country town. and the guy was pretty cool and he wasnt even checking his clip board. and passed with only 4 off. soo stay calm. thats the my only advice. and practice the parallel park!

wrong. don't do that he'll probably fail you.

when you change lanes its signal,rear view mirror, side mirror and then BLINDSPOT, NOT OUT THE BACK WINDOW!, the blind spot is about where your shotgun side rear seat is, just a quick glance over your shoulder out that window then you can lane change. Looking out the back window means taking your eyes completely off the road and that's on the no no fail check list.

otherwise just relax and pay attention to signs, there was one kind of hidden one on our route that got some kids.

and the braking so that at the complete stop you can barely feel it stop. I know kids who put the most pressure on the breaks at the end of the breaking time which makes the car lurch when it finally comes to a stop. smooth stops makes you look way more in control of the car and he's more likely to forgive you for silly mistakes.

It'll be over before you know it man, don't worry about it but make sure the second you walk outta there with your license and you drop your rents off at work, that you floor it out down the street, that was the first thing I did and it felt amazing to have the freedom to drive how i wanted and where i wanted ahahah.

basically over-exaggerate everything you do. like make sure you stop for 3 seconds and whatnot, it never hurts to over-exaggerate shit. my guy talked to me the entire time and it was so easy cause i was really nervous.

just drive safely and you'll pass. don't freeze up and mess up though.

Yep but DO EXAGERATE when you're looking both ways at a stop. Make sure the tester can see you are checking both ways.

Just make sure your focused on everything.  When you have to parallel park, what I did was put my right mirror all the way down so I could see how close I was to the curb.

Remember to bring like your passport and student ID and all that shit you need to get your license.  Plus make sure they don't mess up the shit on your license.  Mine had my street name wrong and I had to go back and wait in line and it was a bitch.

Make sure you know how to work your car too, headlights, wipers, etc.

you need to know your hand signals, legit. they'll fail you immediately if they ask and u dont know. Putting your arm out the window, straight out is left, 90 degree angle upwards means right, and 90 degree down, means stop/slow down. 90 degree from the elbow that is, its cake take your time, good luck!

In real life you would only use your hand signals if your turn signal broke. For the test they generally just ask you to show them what they are, not actually use them.

Remember when to do shoulder checks and when to do 360 checks. Make them very obvious. Especially remember to do a shoulder check when you are turning right from a stop because there could be a cyclist..

i got i think like 3 points off a perfect score....try and talk to the person that your being interviewed by if their mind is thinking about the conversation they are less likely to be paying attention to every finite detail. just use your mirrors a lot and check your blind spots a lot. be aware of the people around you. you will do fine dont worry. did all that and it worked for me.

i highly doubt that would fail you, thats sooooo minor

I got 5 points off, they claim i didnt check my blindspot and only used my mirror, but i know i did because in drivers ed i never did and so on the test I told myself to make sure i did. i think they just didnt want to give me a perfect score, the lady was a bitch

Just try dead hard to look like you know what youre doin and seem confident. I think I speak for everyone when I say 8 seconds after you pass that "textbook driving" gets kicked the fuck out of the window and you drive about with your seat cranked back, one hand on the wheel, other out the window and barely using mirrors except to make sure you look sweet in your glasses.

when i took my test a few years ago, i drove down the street, the officer noticed i was driving a manual car, he told me to turn around, and then he gave me my license.

apparently if you can let the clutch out and step on the gas at the same time, you can get your license without proving that you can actually drive..

They asked me about hand signals.

Just relax, the parallel parking is super easy, mine wa sin a huge space with a cone in the back, and I was no where close to the curb but the guy thought I did a great job.  Just remember blinkers, remember to look all ways, especially when switching lanes (look back) and you should be all set.

when the test was over and the dude just looked at me and was like "that was good, just watch the curb a little more when you parallel park, but you passed just fine" it was probably one of the most ecstatic fucking moments of my life

it wasn't that hard, the test only lasted like 4 or 5 minutes

Yo! even though its not on a road, make sure to put on your signal, and look over your shoulder!! Mine was in an empty lot, and I got points off because I didn't do those things, thinking it didnt matter.

what???? i should have taken mine on a stick then... i still technically have my permit and i already love/am driving stick (but i passed my drivers test already). as awesome as it is, they still should have made you go through with the test. Just because you can drive stick doesnt mean you are a good driver, haha

just make sure you got the parking down, and when turning, or merging let him know you are look in your mirrors.  really stick your head out and look.  other then that take it slow.  and ohhhh i failed the first time because i "cut a guy off"  if you have to ask yourself can i make it? DON'T GO! its better to take it safe.  just remember your not trying to impress your girlfriend, so keep it slow and relaxed
