start with a wide ish stance, arms prepped, in a ready position
when you bounce, bounce hard, and DONT spin RIGHT away, if you kill your bounce and spin to early, it makes it harder because you wont go as high
spring off the bed and do whats called a half airplane, if you know waht that is ( a 180 in the air to your stomach) you want to get that positioning early on
try to not flip to hard BACK or vertically, because it will turn into d spin
you should end up just about to hit your apex (peak) of your jump and be almost supermaning in the air, so on your stomach, in the air
then all you do is tuck in
and wrap
and then feel yourself roll over in the air
and then you should be able to pull your feet under you and land straight
thats cork 7
its not terribly difficult, but youll probably land on your side a billion times before you can get it solid
just keep trying
hope that helped
