New Microsoft Search: Bing

So Microsoft launched a new search engine called Bing today.

I don't see much of anything that separates it from google yet.  I think Microsoft will fail at Internet search again.

I haven't had a chance to give it an extensive try yet but I'll give it a shot. Apparently it has a lot of cool features that you'll hardly notice since they are so seamless.

I'm gonna try it for a while. Maybe I'll change. To be honest it looks almost identical to Google. And I hear Microsoft is going to spend like $200 million on ad campaigns for Bing so they apparently really want it to be successful.

That's what I thought.  It needs to be better than google to make people want to switch, though.  So while it is much better than Live search, which I thought was terrible, I don't think it will catch on.

They never have, always just takes someone elses idea and changes it. I would have said makes it better, but come on now we all know they don't do that.

No, Microsoft should try coming up with better names for their products so that they can get consumers to buy/use them.

What don't you get. I had no clue about this until 10 minutes ago and I'm already in love with it. Google a country and get major regions, google a state and get important cities and landmarks. It's pretty damn cool.
