Live talk in NS

I'm looking for something like a way to talk live with your friend at NS. Does that exist? If yes tell me where to find it. If not, do NS plan to do something like that?

we had it a long time ago, there were talks i think of it coming back, but im not 100% sure

We're looking into a ton of options for how to do this. Its definitely one of our goals to bring back!
