Getting a scooter

im thinkin about getting a 50cc scooter since my license was suspended.  just to cruise around on. does anyone know if you need a license for one of those?

moped, yes if your license was suspended, thats how it is in MI anyway

i dont think you need a license for 50 cc and under...ive been scootin around town on my roommates 50 cc with out a license

you need your liscence to drive a moped/motorized scooter on the main road
