Does anybody know the program that acts as a firewall to certain IP adresses that are specific to adware? I cannot remember the name of it. I think it contains the word "Tier" in it. i know what Multi-Tier is but there is a special program that I need to block ip adresses that are taking up my bandwith.
This may be completely irrelevent, but look at this picture for example:
and the 409.5 kb/s is jumping between different ip adresses.
if anybody knows what program i'm talking about please notify me, and i've searched google high and low.
