Full Tilts Bumble Bee

So the Fulltilt flex rates it as a 6 out of 10 for the Bumble Bee. What is that like compared to a regular boot?

I have Salomon foils and the flex is 85. i imagine they would be somewhat similar.

input would be nice

isnt the bumblebee an all mtn pow boot so im guessing its around 100 if you want a jib boot get the hotdogger

You could also just get a softer tougue, so you could swap them depending on what you want to do.

my friend has these, and uses them for park mostly and he hasnt complained, he says "they're a decent all mtn boot"

Flexes vary on Full Tilts based on the tongues that are used. Some FTs include higher stiffness tongues, but they can all be swapped out on every model. If you want a stiff boot, you need a nine or to look elsewhere.

flex is very personal though... even though its labelled an "all mountain" boot its still great for park.

next years hot doggers (a park boot fo sho) are going to have a flex of 6 I think... correct me if I'm wrong

Look. I'll say this again.

Any Full Tilt can have any flex. The three piece design means that the only thing that creates stiffness is the tongue. The tongues can be switched out to create any flex that you like.

The only differences between the different models are the colors and which tongues are included. However, you can buy any of the tongues in addition.

fun boot. #6 tongue is definitely not that stiff though.

You can't really compare the flexes of Full Tilts to other boots because they do flex differently. With that said I ride the Konflict which has a #8 tounge and thats what I ride in the park. An 8 is not THAT stiff at all so a 6 is a good all around flex.

the #6 is rated at around 100 flex.
so alittle bit stiffer than the foils.

reiterating what everyone has said.
my full tilts have a much better flex than any of the the technicas, dalbellos, rossis, that i have tried.  i ski a ton of park on my #6 tongue, and it is PERFECT.

i would go for it.
